Watercolor Columbine

March 2012 013

Card: Stamp from Memory box, colored with distressed markers using the watercolor technique. Background is from Penny black.

So much to do and just not enough time! Although today I hope to have a completely productive day. So far I have planted some vegetable plants, washed the dog, loaded the car with stuff to drop off at Goodwill and made lunch. Later we are off to drop our stuff off, and pick up some fresh veggies from our first Co-op experience. Not real sure what to do with the stuff I am getting. I hadn’t thought about the early crops was just thinking about squash, tomatoes and summer veggies. This basket has kale, spring onions, carrots and a few other things. I have no idea what to do with kale, so this should be interesting!  Thanks for stopping by, have a wonderful day!

  1. love the columbine stamp done in water colors and the Penny Black stamp looks great with the variation in colors. such a pretty card! last year somebody at work had made chips from kale and they were pretty good.
