Caardvarks monochromatic challenge

I finally had some time to play with the new hero arts florals in shapes and came up with this card. I stamped the images in Spring Moss and cut out then attached to an embossed die cut. The background is an older hero arts stamp stamped tone-on-tone with Spring moss again. The sentiment from PTI was stamped and attached to the die cut that was also embossed and attached with PTI ribbon. I love to collect ribbon, but find I hardly ever use it on cards. However; these die cut from spellbinders makes it a perfect place to use some of that ribbon I love to admire!

We had a busy day today, soccer till 12, then a roller skating birthday party for one of Owen's friends on his soccer team. It was pretty funny watching him try skating for the first time, he just needs some practice! I am just thankful we had no injuries! Wyatt even tried to get out there with a pair of huge skates!  Before I knew what he was doing he had them on and was about to go right into the sea of falling children! Looking forward to a quiet day tomorrow!

  2. I mailed your boys some comics from our Free Comic Book Day. I hope thats ok and that they enjoy them. There is even one in there that doesn't have words to help build imagination and story telling for Wyatt. And the garden got its first flower today! Im so excited (thank god it doesnt take much for me).
